Omni Glass & Paint is seeking full-time Industrial Painters to join our dedicated team. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, first shift with flexible start times as early as 6 am. Pay ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. We provide excellent benefits, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.

• Apply protective coatings to interior and exterior surfaces of commercial and industrial buildings.
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or sandblasting; fill cracks and holes; mix and apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Set up ladders or scaffolding, follow safety procedures, and wear protective gear including respirators, hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
• Travel to job sites across Wisconsin; occasional overnight travel may be required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read instructions and blueprints, perform basic math, and solve on-site challenges.
• Ability to work at heights and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights as needed.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of industrial or commercial painting experience; training available for motivated candidates.
