KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a Lean Process Manager to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on 1st Shift overseeing the Shipping Department.
The Lean Process Manager supervises activities of technicians as well as maintains product responsibilities for on-time delivery and meeting high quality standards, while maintaining the goals and objectives of KI.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and implement cost saving initiatives to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Investig Customer complaints related to Shipping function and provide Corrective Action procedures.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure on-time delivery of quality products

What you Need toucceed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Two years in logistics field
