Production Assistant

Great entry level opportunity to get started in manufacturing!

The Production Assistant supports machine operators by assisting with routine production tasks. This role plays a key part in improving machine speed, efficiency, and overall workflow by keeping operators supplied and focused on running equipment.

• Assist machine operators by stacking finished product directly onto pallets or into cartons
• Refill inks and maintain proper ink levels during production runs
• Monitor and maintain glue levels to ensure consistent operation
• Assist with roll changes and material setup as needed
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and production-ready
• Watch for quality issues and notify operators or supervisors as needed
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

• A solid work ethic and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work at a fast pace
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts
• Basic computer skills and safety awareness

• Hourly Rate: $17/hour based
