KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award‑winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full‑time Automation Specialist to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 2nd shift. 2nd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $2.00. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment. To learn more about KI, please visit

• Develop and edit robot programs.
• Troubleshoot/rectify welding issues.
• Identify and correct fixture and part intolerance issues.
• Systematically continue to complete items on personal development plan.
• Use detailed and complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Operate pneumatic tools.
• Work with the Maintenance team, Engineers, Managers, and the Tool & Die team to implement new equipment installations.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• PC Literacy.
• Formal robot program training.

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience.
• Team player.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to train on any shift.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures.

• Working in areas where it can get warm.
• Working in a smoke‑free environment.
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow.
• Shift: 2:00 pm–10:00 am, Monday–Friday.
• Shift premium of $2.00/hour.
• Overtime at times will be mandatory.
