Upholstered Cushion Technician

Position:
Upholstered Cushion Technician (Full‑time, 2nd Shift) – Green Bay manufacturing facility.

• Read and understand shop orders
• Visually identify upholstery by order
• Visually identify profiles by product line
• Apply adhesive
• Provide first quality product in a timely manner to the internal customer
• G‑ex sewing
• Look up inventory on computer

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience (not required)
• Team player
• Computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to train on any shift
• Positive attitude

• Work in areas where it can get warm
• Smoke‑free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
• Shift: 2pm‑10pm, Monday‑Friday

Starting rate of pay is $20/hour plus a shift premium of $2.00/hour. 2nd shift individuals receive a shift differential of $2.00 per hour. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.
