, you’ll be at the center of our manufacturing operations—making sure schedules stay on track, customer needs are met, and the production floor runs smoothly. This is a role where your attention to detail and ability to problem‑solve will make a real impact every single day.
- Developing and maintaining accurate shop routings for manufacturing parts and orders
- Creating material cut transfers and updating production schedules
- Coordinating with estimating and customer service for pricing and lead times
- Adjusting routings to meet production demands, raw material delays, or customer changes
- Reviewing drawings and revision levels to ensure order accuracy
- Running reports and providing support on production priorities
- Assisting with special projects and other duties as needed
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of proven manufacturing office work experience preferred
- Exposure to shop floor routings
- Full understanding and application of Microsoft software
- Data entry experience with a high level of attention to detail
