Production Carpenter; Concrete Form Builder

We are seeking a Production Carpenter (Concrete Form Setter) for County Materials in Green Bay, WI.

This position involves a series of tasks and demands pertaining to the manufacturing of concrete pipe box structures.

Starting Wage: $23.00+/hour based on qualifications/skills.

• Build, form, and cast concrete structures according to product design instructions
• Perform a combination of the following duties: operating overhead cranes, placing mold sections and aluminum box forms, placing reinforcement according to design
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required

• Work in indoor conditions
• Work near moving machinery and equipment
• Work in a noisy environment

• Carrying / Lifting 10-40 pounds frequently
• Carrying / Lifting over 40 pounds occasionally
• Standing / Walking / Climbing
• Squatting / Crouching / Kneeling / Bending
• Pushing / Pulling / Reaching above shoulder

• Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
• Proficiency in using carpentry tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and measuring devices
• Ability to follow product design instructions and manufacturing specifications
• Heavy equipment operation experience required
• Tucker Truck experience a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Safety-minded when performing tasks
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Experience as a Formwork Carpenter or similar role desired
