Job Description:
KI
, a world‑class supplier of innovative and award‑winning furniture solutions, is seeking a full‑time Bender Operator to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Duties: The Bender Operator operates equipment that manufactures the metal fabricated frame for the product being produced.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate, edit, and program CNC tube or wire bending equipment.
• Conduct changeovers on benders.
• Use bend check fixtures to ensure quality.
• Read and understand shop orders.
• Provide a high‑quality product in a timely manner to the internal customer.
• Operate all other fabrication equipment in the cell (robotic welders, drill presses, saws, hydraulic banks).

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Value Added

Skills:

Mechanically inclined; previous manufacturing experience (not required); team player; computer knowledge; willingness to learn; ability to train on any shift; positive attitude.

Physical Requirements: Working in warm areas; smoke‑free environment; standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending; able to lift up to 50 lbs.; willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow.

Shift: 1st Shift (6am‑2pm), Monday to Friday. Overtime during busy season.
