Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and forecast departmental goals and objectives
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate parts department personnel
  • Maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels
  • Develop pricing guidelines by customer category
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and proper parts tagging
  • Oversee stock ordering procedures
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure timely parts availability
  • Provide technical support as needed
  • Develop and enforce customer service standards to ensure maximum satisfaction
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
  • Prepare and manage the annual departmental budget
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of prior management experience
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instructions and documents
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
