• An Interim Regional Manager Case Management is needed to lead multi-site case management operations across four hospital facilities.
• Reporting to the Director, this leader will oversee a team of 41 FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include providing regional leadership and oversight, supporting and developing team leads, driving throughput and discharge efficiency, and ensuring consistency in case management practices across locations.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing case management teams across multiple facilities, a focus on discharge efficiency, and the ability to influence culture and processes. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active RN license required or LCSW.
• Previous case management leadership experience, preferably in a regional or multi-facility role, is required.

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
