Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a Commercial AV Systems Integrator to hire an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee the execution of commercial AV projects from start to finish. This role blends field and office-based project management
, working closely with internal teams, clients, and trade partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage commercial AV projects from kickoff through closeout
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, installation, and procurement teams
- Serve as the primary client contact and attend construction meetings
- Oversee commissioning, punch lists, and final walkthroughs
- Identify risks and resolve project issues proactively
- 3–5+ years of commercial AV project management experience
- Strong understanding of AV systems and installation practices
- PMP and/or CTS certification preferred
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
