Overview
Schneider is seeking a Brokerage Operations Manager in Green Bay, WI to provide leadership to a team of freight brokers. The Brokerage Operations Manager will focus on developing their associates’ selling skills while delivering key business results.

- Job Level: Manager with Direct Reports
- Schedule: Full time;
Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.
-4 p.m.
- Set metrics and goals for freight brokers to meet and achieve.
- Help freight brokers grow their book of business.
- Participate in joint sales calls to assist in closing or growing business.
- Improve the team’s performance by focusing on continuous development.
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve productivity.
- Provide training to the team on new policies, procedures and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
