A growing manufacturer is seeking a Product Compliance & Sustainability Manager to move the needle from reactive to proactive strategic leadership. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for a global operation navigating the shifting landscape of international regulations.

Take ownership of global product and packaging safety while navigating impact regulations.
Sustainability
Roadmap:
Lead the transition into modern accounting and carbon foot printing. Be the architect for reducing embodied carbon and integrating metrics into the company's strategic reporting.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Senior Leadership to embed sustainability into the product lifecycle - from raw material sourcing to end-of-life packaging solutions.
Vendor Integrity: Manage and validate complex supply chain data, ensuring that external partners meet high ethical and environmental standards.
- 5-10 years of experience in production compliance or sustainability program management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain
- Experience managing the intricacies of various US and international mandates within compliance and sustainability.
