Large market Triple A station in one of America’s most thriving cities is looking for a Program Director who is also a dynamic and entertaining On Air Personality.
You- Have three years or more experience as a Triple A PD or APD and at least three years as an on air talent
- Are an excellent talent coach and staff motivator
- Understand the mechanics of social media and web posting
- Love event marketing, appearances, and championing the sales team
- Are willing to work with sister stations
- Have experience with GSelector and Nielsen Media Research and Radio Ratings
- Lead by example
- Will protect the station licenses by following FCC regulations
