About the Role

Title: Service Technician

Reports to: Service Leader

Location: Green Bay, WI 54301

Pay: $20–$25, based on experience

What You’ll Do
  • Be the fix‑it pro:
    Tackle general maintenance tasks like repairing fixtures, troubleshooting plumbing, fine‑tuning appliances, and solving on‑the‑spot issues—keeping units safe, functional, and looking great.
  • Stay ahead of the game:
    Regularly inspect buildings, equipment, and appliances to catch issues before they become problems.
  • Keep things running:
    Replace or repair broken appliances and make sure everything from toilets to doorknobs works as it should.
  • Safety first:
    Help maintain safe properties by removing hazards and ensuring building systems are compliant.
  • Team up with vendors:
    Work with contractors and suppliers to get repairs and projects done efficiently and cost‑effectively.
  • Communicate with purpose:
    Keep clear, open lines of communication with property managers, team members, and residents.
  • Stay organized and responsive:
    Plan and prioritize maintenance requests to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
  • Help the crew grow:
    Support and train new team members as they get up to speed on tools, tasks, and our culture.
  • Deliver WOW through service:
    Go above and beyond to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences for both residents and teammates.
