• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances
• Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on underwriting department requests to ensure policy adherence and improve customer retention

• Must possess or be prepared to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy

• Thorough understanding of company guidelines and the ability to communicate them effectively to customers and employees
• Experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry
