Description
The IT Plant Support Analyst delivers hands‑on technical support for both manufacturing plant operations and corporate office environments. This role ensures critical IT systems, hardware, and services remain reliable, secure, and optimized for performance. The position involves close collaboration with end users, vendors, and technical teams while supporting a fast‑paced, highly operational environment.
- Provide break/fix support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, phones, printers, and other network‑connected equipment.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot conference room technology, including Yealink and other executive meeting solutions.
- Manage incoming support tickets, walk‑ins, and on‑site service needs with a focus on high‑quality customer experience.
- Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate service calls when necessary.
- Conduct scheduled audits of printers, conference rooms, and other critical equipment.
- Perform inventory management, asset tracking, and hardware lifecycle duties.
- Support device imaging, Autopilot deployments, and Intune‑related testing and troubleshooting.
- Travel regularly between Green Bay and De Pere facilities (reliable personal vehicle required).
- Safely operate ladders and scissor lifts as needed within manufacturing areas.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical diagnostic abilities
- Active Directory administration
- White‑glove customer service
- PC imaging and deployment
- Office 365 support
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- SCCM/Endpoint Manager familiarity
- Ticketing system proficiency
- Printer and network peripheral support
- Basic networking (Cisco switch awareness preferred)
- Mac device support (helpful but not required)
- 2–3 years of IT support experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing shifting priorities
- Excellent time management, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and best practices
This is a Contract position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
