This role will function as both a trusted advisor to employees and a strategic partner to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning all aspects of HR operations while also contributing at a higher, strategic level to support organizational growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute all core human resources functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance across multiple locations
  • Act as a resource and coach to leaders and employees, providing guidance on workplace concerns, performance issues, and employee development
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting efforts, from workforce planning through onboarding and orientation
  • Partner with finance/accounting to support payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including health plans, retirement programs, and paid time off
  • Design and maintain compensation practices that support performance, retention, and organizational goals
  • Advise leaders on performance management, corrective action, and employee relations matters
  • Oversee workplace safety initiatives, regulatory reporting, and workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
  • Support training, cross-training, and professional development initiatives across teams
  • Maintain strong communication and engagement with employees across multiple sites, including remote and field-based teams
  • Establish relationships with external talent pipelines such as educational institutions, training programs, and community partners
  • Travel periodically to support employees and leaders at various locations
