• Provide a comprehensive assessment by collecting all information outlined in the program’s Biopsychosocial Assessment Form.
• Update diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessment.
• Develop a treatment plan by establishing treatment goals with the client based on assessment and diagnosis, and obtain client/parent signature on treatment plan.
• Implement treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with diagnosis and treatment plan, applying a variety of psychotherapeutic methods with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Monitor progress toward treatment goals by evaluating and adjusting services provided, completing initial and ongoing clinical case review requirements as necessary.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Experience providing therapy to survivors of trauma and to clients with AODA issues.
• Minimum:
  Wisconsin state certification as a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor‑In Training (CSAC) / Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) / Substance Abuse Counselor In‑Training (SAC‑IT).
• Must be eligible for medical assistance, Medicare (if applicable) and other third‑party reimbursement.
• Maintain active status with the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing and eligibility for reimbursement from Medicaid, Medicare or other insurance panels.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
