Overnight Caregivers Needed in Green Bay — Specialized Care Required

At Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin, we know caregiving is more than a job—it’s a calling. We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and skilled Overnight In-Home Caregivers to provide direct support to a Green Bay client who requires colostomy care and safe transfers using a Hoyer lift.

This is an essential role that ensures safety, dignity, and comfort through the night, helping our clients remain independent at home while providing families with peace of mind.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide overnight assistance from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • Assist with colostomy care and safe transfers using a Hoyer lift.
  • Support personal care needs such as grooming, dressing, and meal prep.
  • Monitor client well-being and promptly report changes.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred—especially with colostomy or lift equipment—but not required (paid training provided).
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering quality care.
  • Availability for daily overnight shifts with every‑other‑weekend rotation.
