We are an established aesthetic medical practice with a loyal client base and strong reputation, seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team.

We are seeking a skilled and confident Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) with hands‑on experience in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. Experience with lasers or energy‑based devices is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

• Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans

• Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, biostimulator, and other aesthetic treatments safely and effectively

• Provide natural, high‑quality results and excellent patient care

• Educate patients on treatment options, pre‑ and post‑care

• Document all treatments accurately and maintain compliance standards

• Collaborate with the team to provide an exceptional client experience

• Contribute to practice growth through patient engagement and professional expertise

• Build rapport with clientele and conduct follow‑up to increase patient retention

• Support and participate in social media efforts

• Active RN, NP or PA license in Wisconsin, in good standing

• At least 2 years of hands‑on injecting experience in aesthetics (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators) with a focus on facial balancing and comprehensive treatment

• Confident, self‑starter—able to work both independently and collaboratively

• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

• Professional, reliable, and committed to patient safety and outcomes

• A team player that’s supportive of all roles within the practice

• $35-$45 hourly + performance‑based incentives (depending on experience and performance)
