At Infinite Healing, we provide various therapy, treatment and counseling services in Green Bay, Wisconsin and surrounding communities. We help those who are struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, attention deficit disorders, personality disorders, & other behavioral conditions.

We use specialized therapy and treatment services such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brain spotting, and many others to support our clients.

Position Overview

As a LPC/LCSW/LMFT at Infinite Healing, you will have the opportunity to run your own practice within our practice. This means you will be responsible for finding your own clients and marketing your services while benefiting from the resources, support, and community that Infinite Healing provides. You will be expected to develop and maintain a caseload, while providing individual, couples, and family therapy with a holistic approach to mental health.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition and Marketing:
  You will be responsible for finding and attracting your own clients through various marketing strategies and outreach efforts (e.g., networking, online marketing, social media, community events, etc.). You will manage your own client intake process and maintain a caseload.
• Provide Therapy Services:
  Conduct individual, couples, group and family therapy sessions to treat a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, and grief.
• Develop Treatment Plans:
  Create personalized treatment plans for each client based on their needs, goals, and personal history.
• Utilize Evidence-Based Practices:
  Incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness practices, etc.) to provide effective and individualized care.
• Maintain Client Records:
  Complete timely and accurate documentation of sessions, treatment plans, progress notes, and any other required records in accordance with state laws and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with Other Professionals:
  Work closely with other members of the Infinite Healing team to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Provide Crisis Intervention:
  Be available to offer support during times of crisis, providing appropriate intervention strategies or referrals when necessary.
• Promote Client Wellness:
  Empower clients to develop coping skills, set goals, and navigate life transitions to enhance their emotional and mental health.
• Engage in Continuing

  Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and best practices in the mental health field through ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to Community Outreach:
  Participate in workshops, presentations, or community events to promote mental health awareness and the services offered by Infinite Healing.
• Work Evening
  
  Hours:
  
  As part of your schedule, you will be expected to worktwo evenings a week until 5:00 PMto accommodate clients with after-work availability.
• Group Therapy:
  You may be required to host one group therapy session per year (6-12 weeks), providing a supportive and interactive environment for clients to share experiences and develop strategies for mental health improvement.

Qualifications

• Licensure:
  Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Wisconsin.
