Accounting Manager Finance

KI is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Finance team at our Green Bay Corporate Office. The Finance team values trust, communication, partnership, and continuous improvement, and we are looking for a like-minded individual.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team with a focus on cost accounting duties, contributing significantly to KI's success.
• Overseeing tactical and operational aspects of financial processes.
• Developing and maintaining efficient procedures.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial results from manufacturing operations.
• Mentoring direct reports.

Experience with Cost Accounting Principles is preferred, but willingness to develop this knowledge within the first year is required. The role involves frequent interaction with manufacturing and corporate department leaders, with up to 10% local travel to facilities in Wisconsin and possibly outside.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Knowledge of GAAP, accounting operations, month-end/year-end responsibilities, and financial reporting.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills, including advanced Excel and query tools.
• Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• CMA or CPA credentials are a plus.
