Summer Camp Teacher

Royal Montessori Academy is seeking enthusiastic, responsible individuals to join our Summer Camp Teaching Team, serving children ages 18-months to 10 years old. Our summer program blends hands-on learning, creativity, outdoor exploration, and engaging weekly themes within a warm, supportive Montessori-inspired environment.

• Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary Summer Position
• Schedule:
  
  30-40 hours per week
• Partial Availability:
  Specific days or hours may be considered
• Camp Dates:
  June 17 through August 23
• Orientation:
  Mandatory two-hour paid orientation prior to camp
• Compensation:
  Competitive hourly pay

  Before and after camp opportunities, additional paid hours, may be available

• Assist in leading age-appropriate activities tied to weekly themes
• Foster positive relationships and model kindness, patience, and respect
• Encourage teamwork and support social-emotional development
• Maintain classroom routines, organization, and safety standards
• Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a consistent and nurturing environment

• Minimum one year of experience working with children, such as camp, childcare, tutoring, babysitting, or classroom experience
• College students pursuing Education or a related field are preferred, but not required
• Interest in Montessori education or willingness to learn
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
• Energetic and comfortable being active throughout the day
