• Evaluate students and interpret findings as a member of the IEP team, making recommendations for services.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and direct/indirect services based on evaluations and IEPs.
• Participate in IEP development, attend meetings, and collaborate with parents and teachers.
• Utilize assistive technology to support student participation.
• Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and adaptations to optimize student performance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
• Collaborate with educational personnel, community agencies, parents, and students to enhance understanding and performance.
• Provide continuing education and in‑service training for staff.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by removing barriers for students of diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Work involves frequent disruptions of daily schedule.
• Work requires travel to a variety of assigned schools to provide services to children.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction certification as an Occupational Therapist

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Experience working in a K‑12 educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the community
• Commitment to fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
