With a team of 18 physicians and 62 advanced practice providers across six states, we provide high-quality, outpatient-based ENT care supported by advanced technology, including in-office CT scanners and the Mod Med EMR system. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient outcomes in an efficient, patient-centered environment.

• Full-time, outpatient-only position
• Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Established, high-volume practice with over 20,000 patients served annually
• Collaborative team environment with strong APP support
• Replacement position with an immediate patient base

• Competitive base salary of $400,000, RVU-based bonus model tied to patient journey completion
• Base salary + RVU earning potential up to $700K
• Relocation assistance available

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• MD/DO, with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
• Must live in the market of the assigned location
• Graduates from 2020 and later are encouraged to apply
• No visa sponsorship available
