This is a pivotal opportunity to play a foundational role in developing and shaping a comprehensive Neurocritical Care program. You will help lead its growth alongside robust 24/7 neurosurgery and neurointerventional support. The program is backed by advanced clinical tools, including Epic and AI-powered documentation (Microsoft DAX), to enhance care delivery and efficiency.
- Multidisciplinary team including neurosurgeons, neurologists, intensivists, and advanced practice providers
- High-acuity patient population including stroke, traumatic brain injury, status epilepticus, spinal cord injury, and neurovascular emergencies
- Supportive 24/7 subspecialty coverage including neurointerventional radiology and neurosurgery
- Opportunity to shape program growth and development
- Currently utilizing AI ambient dictation technology (Microsoft DAX)
