Trainer, Healthcare Consultant

Overview

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our staff.
• Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and help them save lives.
• Involve yourself in the training process from start to finish, including instructional design and the development of training materials and scenarios for delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and work with organizations to develop their training; participate in projects to improve software usability.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel at least six times per year to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination
