Oral Health Partnership (OHP) is a nonprofit children’s dental program that provides preventative, diagnostic, and restorative dental services to uninsured and underinsured children ages 0‑19. We provide care at our dental clinics, in schools, and at hospitals in Green Bay and surrounding areas.
We are searching for dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Dental Assistants to join our devoted team of professionals in achieving our mission of “changing the lives of our communities' children through access to excellent oral health services and education.”
Pay RangeStarting pay is $20/hour with no to little experience. Additional pay is commensurate with experience, certification, and years of service. Candidates with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

- Review the health history of patients
- Ensure operating rooms are set up and meet OHP standards for each patient visit
- Prepare and assist the Dentist/Hygienist during patient visits
- Educate patients and parents regarding procedures and next steps
- Accurately chart patient information, record dates, and charges within the Dentrix system
- Ensure equipment is working properly and coordinate with the Operational Coordinator for any needed repairs
- Perform clinical procedures (e.g., X-rays and other tasks as directed by the Dentist/Hygienist)
- Assist with patient concerns as needed
- Ensure inventory is stocked and rotated by expiration date
- Successfully achieve daily/weekly/monthly tasks as assigned
- Perform ongoing training as required, including OSHA, HIPAA, and CPR
- Other duties as assigned
- Recent chair-side assisting experience
- Proficiency in reviewing health histories and charting in Dentrix
- Ability to perform X-rays and perform tasks as directed by a Dentist or Hygienist
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA)
Beneficial Experience- Minimum of one year of experience preferred
- Use of Dentrix charting software
- Use of Dexis radiography software
- Experience working with children or teens preferred
English required. Bilingual in Spanish, Hmong, or Somali beneficial.
Physical RequirementsOHP service sites are dynamic and fast-paced working environments that often require lifting and moving equipment. Continuous movement throughout the clinic to include sitting, standing, and walking.
