This Part-time on-site role is located in the Green Bay, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area. As a Front Desk Staff member, your daily responsibilities will include greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls with professionalism, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing customer inquiries. You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the welcoming environment the brand is renowned for.
Qualifications- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm, professional, and efficient experience for all guests
- Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing clearly
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in managing reservations and using booking systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in busy or challenging situations
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
