Responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries and scheduling service calls
• Coordinating parts and communication with technicians
• Providing excellent customer service in a small, collaborative office environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Experience in customer service
• Data processing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills

Preferred qualifications include experience booking and dispatching calls, typing sales agreements, and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.

Work schedule & location:

Full-time, 8 am to 4:30 pm, based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
