  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00PM
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Document each customer interaction accurately in company systems
  • Provide information about products, services, or policies
  • Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experiences
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
