Customer Service and Sales (Motor Coach) – Green Bay

Lamers Bus Lines is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Customer Service and Sales Rep to join our growing team in the Motor Coach Department. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills who thrives in a customer‑focused environment. You’ll work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

, you will play a crucial role in trip planning, customer relations, and securing motor coach bookings for schools, athletic teams, community groups, businesses, and more.

• Generate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Manage trip reservations, enter trip details, provide accurate price quotes, and confirm bookings.
• Communicate professionally via email and phone to coordinate trips.
• Utilize standard office software and charter booking systems to ensure seamless trip scheduling.
• Position requires ability to pass a DOT physical examination and obtain a CDL with endorsements.

• Strong attention to detail and listening skills to ensure precise trip planning.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable using computers and booking software.
• Previous experience in transportation, travel coordination, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work well in a team setting.
