Estimator & Preconstruction Support

We are seeking a full-time on-site Estimator & Preconstruction Support professional to join our team.

• Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate cost estimates and bid proposals.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare project budgets.
• Review project plans, analyze costs, and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers to develop comprehensive project strategies.
• Contribute to project success during the preconstruction phase with a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational abilities.

• Minimum of one to two years of estimating experience in the commercial construction with an emphasis on excavating, underground construction, or telecommunications (fiber, wireless).
• Ability to build strong, professional relationships with colleges, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to navigate working relationships and results while demonstrating a high level of confidentiality.
• Reads and analyzes construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Process-oriented.
• Strong math, analytical, and reasoning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
