Order Entry Intern

Overview

KI is looking for a detail oriented and motivated Intern to support our Order Entry team. This internship is a great opportunity for a student interested in business operations, administrative work, and gaining real-world experience in a professional office setting.

The internship can begin as early as March 30th
, with flexibility to accommodate the student's schedule. Hours can be arranged for either part-time or full-time availability depending on academic commitments.

• Monitor and organize incoming emails, mail, and digital documents sent to the Order Entry inbox.
• Assist with reviewing order documentation and helping assign orders to the correct accounts.
• Help create and maintain electronic order folders.
• Scan, save, and properly file order-related documents.
• Support order number assignment and basic documentation handling
• Work closely with the Order Entry team and receive training/mentorship throughout your internship.
• Contribute to a positive, efficient team environment.

• Pursuing a Business or related major.
• Minimum of 3.0 GPA.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• A clear communicator who enjoys working both independently and with a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
