This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Administrative Assistant located in St. Croix County, WI. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining efficient office operations, answering and directing calls, coordinating communications, and providing executive‑level administrative support. Additional responsibilities include performing general clerical duties, scheduling, and supporting other team members as needed.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage day‑to‑day office tasks and maintain an organized workflow
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing internal and external communications effectively
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support management and leadership team efficiently
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment and adapt to evolving priorities
