Responsibilities:
  • Schedule client meetings
  • Confirm meeting by text and email
  • Manage calendars for advisors
  • Assist in client data meeting prep
  • Distribute mail and scan checks
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Assist in proofing and sending letters
  • Copying, scanning, and electronic filing
  • Assisting in planning client events
  • Following up with prospects from each event
Qualifications:
  • Pleasant, professional and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sense of humor and ability to have fun is a must
  • Highly organized, accurate and attention to detail
  • Analytical in independent problem-solving skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in Salesforce is a bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Strong personal and business ethic and integrity is a must
  • Desire to grow and learn within the practice
