Receptionist
Epic is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to greet callers, answer questions, and support administrative projects at our Madison, WI campus.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to patients, visitors, and internal staff.
- Answer phone calls, direct callers, and handle basic scheduling.
- Support other teams with administrative projects and campus events.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Availability to work Monday – Friday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm, with weekend responsibilities every 12 weeks.
- Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
- COVID‑19 vaccination.
