Local Delivery Driver - CDL A - Greeley

Job Description

Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. The role is on‑site unless otherwise stated.

Compensation: PBNA $32.75 per hour

• Deliver product to store customers, including Food service.
• Drive the delivery vehicle and deliver product to the store.
• Rotate and stock product on store shelves, displays, coolers, and vending equipment.
• Build small displays and set up promotional materials (pricing signs and banners).
• Generate invoices and settle cash and charges daily.
• Interact frequently with store management and receiving personnel for load acceptance.
• Unload pallets of product from the delivery vehicle with an electronic pallet jack or hand truck and store them in the backroom.

• Deliver product and execute all promotions.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift.
• Merchandise all accounts to local standards.
• Establish positive working relationships with the primary contact at each account.

High School/GED

• 21 years or older.
• Pass the DOT drug test and DOT physical.
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non‑Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable). (In all California locations except Stockton, both non‑excepted intrastate and non‑excepted interstate status are accepted. In Stockton, CA, only non‑excepted interstate status is accepted.)

• Operating trucks requiring a Valid U.S. CDL license (basic driving functions).
• Adhering to all DOT regulations.
• Merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive, rotating product, cleaning shelves, eliminating out‑of‑stocks).
• Using equipment to aid in hauling loads (pallet jacks, dock plates, load bars, straps).
• Operating equipment (pallet jacks, lift gates on trailers, hand trucks, breakdowns, etc.).
• Documenting DOT regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
