Maintenance Operations Manager – Aviation

Our client is seeking an Operations Maintenance Manager to lead high-performing teams, streamline complex workflows, and drive operational excellence across multiple aircraft projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage multiple aircraft maintenance projects, coordinating workflows and assigning tasks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and mentor Team Leads, handle HR matters, conduct performance reviews, and cultivate a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing project pricing, providing updates, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate on budget targets, review work orders, monitor productivity, and oversee quality control, warranty management, and technician hours.
  • Lead the implementation of Quantum MX
    , ensure FAA compliance, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general aviation maintenance.
  • IA certification preferred; willingness to obtain within three years if not currently held.
  • Expert knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards.
  • PT6A experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects while meeting budget and productivity goals.
  • Demonstrated success in team development and process improvement.
  • Clean safety record with zero incidents.
