• Diagnose and repair various pieces of agricultural equipment, from tractors to combines, ensuring they operate at peak performance.
• Operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and use special diagnostic tools; keep detailed records of all work performed.
• Interact with customers, providing exceptional service and clear explanations of the work performed.
• Maintain a safe and orderly workspace and follow all regulatory safety requirements.
• Work with a dynamic schedule that may include after-hours and on-call support to meet customer needs.

• Valid driver’s license and CDL
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural equipment
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities related to workflow management
• Superior customer service skills related to identifying customer needs and solution implementation

• 5+ years of experience in performing service repairs

This is a full-time position that primarily operates outside of the dealership. Expect a flexible schedule with after-hours and on-call support required to meet customer needs.

Salary: $35 - $48 per hour
; benefits include a $2000 guaranteed signing bonus
