How Your Role Makes a Difference

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage strategy and relationships for key customer accounts
  • Identify customer challenges, pressures, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party advisors to develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct regular account review meetings
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
  • Stay informed on agronomic and business goals, competitive activity, and market trends
  • Provide financing and equipment recommendations that save time, reduce risk, and increase profitability
  • Support dealership personnel and customers to ensure needs are met
  • Work toward achieving sales objectives and guiding trade cycles

Your expertise directly influences customer success, dealership performance, and long‑term partnerships.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of agricultural industry experience
  • Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment
  • Understanding of technology trends and advancements in agriculture
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, agriculture, or equivalent experience
  • Strong business, financial, and logistical management knowledge
  • Knowledge of agronomic practices and trends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours
