How Your Role Makes a DifferenceAs a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Manage strategy and relationships for key customer accounts
- Identify customer challenges, pressures, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party advisors to develop tailored solutions
- Conduct regular account review meetings
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
- Stay informed on agronomic and business goals, competitive activity, and market trends
- Provide financing and equipment recommendations that save time, reduce risk, and increase profitability
- Support dealership personnel and customers to ensure needs are met
- Work toward achieving sales objectives and guiding trade cycles
Your expertise directly influences customer success, dealership performance, and long‑term partnerships.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of agricultural industry experience
- Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment
- Understanding of technology trends and advancements in agriculture
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, agriculture, or equivalent experience
- Strong business, financial, and logistical management knowledge
- Knowledge of agronomic practices and trends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Ability to work flexible hours
