Mercado Eletrônico specializes in B2B e-commerce solutions, with a strong network of buyers and suppliers utilizing a powerful combination of technology and services.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Execute outbound prospecting activities, including research, account mapping, and identifying key decision-makers within target companies;
- Own early-stage lead generation through phone calls, emails, and social outreach (Linked In and other digital channels);
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria such as ICP, BANT, or similar frameworks;
- Book qualified meetings and create sales-ready opportunities for Account Executives;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, documenting all prospect interactions and activity;
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to refine outbound messaging, cadences, and targeting strategies;
- Analyze prospecting results and suggest improvements to outreach scripts, sequences, and approaches;
- Support virtual product overviews or introductory presentations when needed;
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring smooth handoffs to Sales Executives;
- Contribute to day-to-day sales operations and pipeline management;
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally and confidently;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills;
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong interest in building a long-term career in Sales;
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and handling rejection in a fast-paced environment;
- Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn and grow;
- Basic proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus, preferably Hub Spot;
- Familiarity with using AI tools or prompts to assist with research, personalization, and productivity is a plus.
