Engage with our customers in person, online, and through social media to provide industry leading purchases, ordering, and professional assistance related to Parts and Accessories. We are a multi-brand motorcycle and powersports dealership with a vast customer base in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and the surrounding area. We are currently looking for energetic, dependable motorcycle and powersports enthusiasts with the desire to assist our customers in designing, ordering, and building their machines with brand and aftermarket parts and accessories.

Parts and Accessories Specialists interact with our customers to provide industry leading counter sales and ordering of parts and accessories. Our team is responsible for counter sales of brand and aftermarket parts, ordering and updating inventory and maintenance products. We maintain a strong team environment and assist our Service, Sales, and Motor‑Clothes teams with ordering and acquiring parts and accessories for installations, maintenance, and repairs.

• Greet all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Provide excellent service to all customers.
• Develop and share knowledge of all Parts and Accessories, merchandise, parts history, and motorcycle/ATV/UTV service.
• Must possess the ability to multi‑task while serving customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
• Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase.
• Assist customers with determination of Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogs.

• Receive and process parts from distributors, check merchandise received against purchase invoice, and prepare product for showroom floor.
• Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.).
• Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
• Maintain updated customer mailing lists.
• Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for P&A management.

• Must be willing to provide excellent Customer Service, remain calm interacting with customers.
• One year or more knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, and CFMOTO motorcycles preferred. Knowledge of ATV/UTVs and other products sold by the dealership, and/or the desire to acquire training and experience related to our brands. We provide the highest levels of online and in person training in these areas.
• Experience with Lightspeed Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
• Ability to use Electronic Parts Catalog, Parts and Accessories manuals, and online resources to provide product pricing, sales, quotes, and ordering.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000/year, Base Salary Plus Commission

• 8 hour shift, Tuesday - Saturday
• Dealership Schedule 8:30am - 6:00pm
