** Our center is seeking team-oriented Registered Nurse / RNs who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service.

* Qualifications:
*** Registered Nurse / RN License The Center at Center Place is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting.
*
* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
* Assesses patients routinely and with changes of condition
* Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
* Educates patients as necessary
* Ensures the patient care plan is implemented
* Supervises and coordinates LPN's & CNA'sBenefits:
* Health and Dental insurance
* Vision insurance
* 401k## Qualifications Valid RN license
