• Competent with central venous line, TPN, Gastrostomy/Jejunostomy/ ileostomy and managing intermittent catheterizations.
• Must also be able to develop and maintain trusting relationship with school‑age youth attending elementary school.
• Desired full‑time days.

• Job Type: Full‑time, Weekdays, Monday‑Friday, school day hours and following the school schedule
• Pay: $32.00 /hour
• Full‑Time (24–40 hours/week)

* You’ll receive paid preceptorship training that prepares you to confidently care for children with complex medical needs in the home setting.

• Active RN or LPN license (Colorado or Nurse Licensure Compact state)
• CPR Certification (for Healthcare Providers)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• A passion for pediatric nursing and family‑centered care

• Deliver skilled nursing care and clinical interventions in the home
• Monitor and respond to changes in a child’s condition
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and the healthcare team
• Advocate for the child’s needs and coordinate necessary resources
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
