Your Role

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:

  • Deliver quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interpersonal contact.
  • Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions.
  • Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
What We’re Looking For Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
  • Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with current certification maintained throughout employment.
