Compensation& Benefits
Earn competitive compensation of $75,000 - $100,000 per year. Benefits include health, vision, dental, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off (PTO), and flexible scheduling.

Role OverviewAs an Automotive Service Manager, you are like the conductor of a fine orchestra. Your job is to ensure that everyone plays their individual parts well so that, together, we produce extraordinary results. Each day, you supervise the work and training of a talented team of technicians, parts staff, service writers, and detailers. Our goal is to recondition used vehicles within seven days of their arrival at our auto dealership, and you ensure that our team works productively and efficiently to achieve that aim.
You also work closely with our vendors, maintain great relationships with them, and keep an eye on operations to identify ways to improve efficiency, rein in expenses, and ensure exceptional customer service. Never one to shy away from hands‑on work, you don’t hesitate to jump in wherever you are needed. You take pride in seeing us meet our sales and used vehicle reconditioning goals because you know you play a crucial role in our success.
- 1+ years of experience managing an auto dealership’s parts and service department
- Experience managing 10+ high‑performing employees
Being bilingual is a plus. Are you adept at leading and inspiring others to do their best? Do you have a hands‑on mentality when it comes to jumping in and helping out?
