Lot Technician

Honda of Greeley is hiring a lot technician to their team!

Full Time:
Monday - Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm (5 days per week with a day off during the week depending on shift)

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

None.

• Performs light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property.
• Assists with the cleaning of vehicles for customer delivery.
• Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks, can operate plow vehicle if needed.
• Examines property for safety hazards; reports problems to Management or other appropriate staff.
• Must stay up to date on all company and manufacturer required training throughout employment with the company.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
• Ability to keep the property clean and orderly.
• Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors to the property.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• At least one year of similar experience preferred but not required.

• Prolonged periods standing.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
