PositionDescription
This position requires expertise in application Product Management.
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product direction.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements for maximum business value.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, stakeholders) to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Oversee end‑to‑end product development, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery within budget.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate agreements, and report on budget line items.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), analyze data and user feedback, and drive continuous product improvement.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Plan and support product provisioning, deprovisioning, and staff training for smooth operational transitions.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on product performance, project status, and key milestones to senior management.
- College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, and/or 4+ years equivalent work experience.
- In‑depth, hands‑on knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop applications.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques, including SQL/No
SQL. - Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end‑user procedures.
- Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
- Security Awareness.
- Experience building and maintaining databases for query and problem tracking.
- Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Highly self‑motivated and directed.
- Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

- Conduct research into software development and delivery concepts, as well as technical application issues.
